Epiphyte; stems gray, semiglossy, brown sulcate one side; petiole sheathed to near blade, medium green, dark green short-lineate on shaft, the shaft paler, sheath spreading; blades thinly coriaceous, dark green and matte-subvelvety above, paler and semiglossy below; major veins sunken above, midrib narrowly raised and paler below; minor veins moderately distinct.
