Description: Vegetation: tussock grass paramo with pockets of shrubs. Shrub to 60 cm; leaves very discolorous, dark bluish green above, pale whitish green below; inflorescence rhachises reddish purple, flowers tangerine-golden-yellow. In small clump of shrubs. In small clump of shrubs. Infrequent.
